Our client, a premier national engineering-based management consulting firm, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Division Director in their Dallas and Austin locations.
This person will be responsible for program management planning and implementation, preparation of RFP's and RFQ's, contract negotiation support, and leading work in a team atmosphere.
