Job Description:
W/WW Director responsible for contributing to the expansion of a management and consulting engineering practice. He/she will provide consulting and engineering services to water/wastewater utilities for Alternative Project Delivery methods, design and construction consulting, capital project and program management and management consulting. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for leading work in a team atmosphere, overseeing project activities, providing technical/managerial expertise and expanding service offerings. He/she will be responsible for interacting with firm management and other offices; and providing strategic leadership in pursuit of market opportunities, project management strategies, and allocation of resources. Additionally this individual will be responsible to lead and develop staff in Utility Services Practice and manage significant, complex projects for large organizations. Specific work will include large capital project and program management planning and implementation support, procurement support, preparation of RFQ?s, technical and performance specifications, RFP?s, review of contracts, and contract negotiation support.
