Arch Chemicals, Inc., a leading global specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Midwest United States for our dealer direct sales force for our professional line of swimming pool and spa chemicals. This home office could be located in the following metro areas Minneapolis,MN; Madison, WI or DeMoines, IA.

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelors degree in the sciences or business, with a minimum of 4 years related sales experience. Knowledge of the swimming pool and spa industry is a plus. This position requires overnight travel throughout a designated sales territory with sales and service responsibilities for our specialty retail customers and prospective retail customers.

This position requires skills in sales and promotion of swimming pool and spa chemicals and accessories, and is a highly service oriented sales position. The ability to build strong relationships is required. Additional responsibilities involve understanding and fulfilling customer needs and problem solving, as well as communicating through marketing channels with various departments within company, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Finance.

A high degree of training is involved with our sales force and our customers. Communication skills and presentation skills combined with computer skills are required to fully achieve sales objectives.

Requirements
A Bachelors degree in the sciences or business with minimum of 4 years related sales experience. Degree preferred but not required. Knowledge of the swimming pool and spa industry is a plus, but not required. Overnight travel throughout a designated sales territory is required. Must have the ability to build strong relationships. Communication skills and presentation skills combined with computer skills are required to fully achieve sales objectives.
