Manage a municipal wastewater treatment plant and collection system. Manage 5 staff members, client interaction, reporting, and financial management. Must be safety oriented.

BA or BS in related field preferred, experience and training in lieu of advanced education acceptable. 5-years progressively more responsible experience in water and wastewater utility management. Illinois Level 1 Wastewater Certification is required.
