CH2M Hill?s Tampa, Florida office is seeking a solid Senior Engineer / Customer Service Manager. This candidate will be responsible for client development and sales efforts for existing clients as well as reestablishing and supporting new contact with previous clients. This engineer will manage and successfully deliver municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects that comply with Client and CH2M HILL quality, technical, schedule, and budget expectation. He or she must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as a team in executing projects. Further, the candidate will be in charge and manager of projects involving the planning, design, and construction of municipal utility systems, especially in the areas of water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, transmission, treatment, and effluent disposal. Lastly, project responsibilities include, planning, staffing, schedule, budget, quality, safety and coordination of subcontractors and internal support not assigned to the project.

Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering. A minimum of 15 years experience in water and waste water. Professional Engineer licensure. Previous water and/or waste water plant design experience.

If not a U.S. citizen, applicant must have a non-academic visa which will permit him or her to work for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering. 20 years experience in water/waste design arena. Experience as part of municipal/local government utility management in Florida
