Position Overview

Due to growth and promotion, AWM is currently seeking candidates for the following engineering positions:

Project Engineer ?
Location: Henderson, NV

Will be responsible for carrying out engineering tasks and activities on assigned water resource projects. Incumbent will have overall responsibility for development and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects including preparation of feasibility studies, acquisition of permits and design of facilities. Projects may include potable water wells, treatment facilities, storage tanks and water distribution systems along with sewers, pumping stations, septic systems and wastewater treatment facilities. Will be responsible for performing engineering calculations, contributing to preparation of engineering and project reports, permit completion, conducting field investigations, developing engineering cost estimates and preparing design sketches and drawings. Will also assist in the development of new business documents and proposals.



Qualifications:
-B.S. in Engineering in a field focusing on environmental or similar engineering discipline (focus on water/wastewater desired).
-5+ years related work experience in the Water/Wastewater industry desired
-Professional Engineer in the state of Nevada or Certification as Engineer-in-Training and working towards PE desired
