Description:
 Manage project opportunities from initial conceptualization and bid/proposal phase through field execution
* Track costs and final invoicing
* Devise technical solutions, identify and assemble required resources, and manage scope, schedule and cost in accordance with contract parameters.
* Organize, coordinate, and perform field monitoring activities
* Write concise technical reports and documents
* Indirectly manage Stormwater Technicians working on project sites

Requirements:
* Integrity and strong work ethic
* Demonstrated level of maturity and judgment
* BS in Environmental Sciences or Engineering preferred
* Ability to self-manage multiple concurrent projects and meet project deadlines
* Commitment to building customer relationships and satisfaction
* Ability to communicate effectively with Clear Water managers, field personnel, clients, and regulators
* Ability to manage both internal and external personnel
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills
* Strong team building and leadership skills
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
* Ability to work in adverse weather
