This role is a customer focused outside Residential Sales Position. Sales Representatives are responsible to building and managing their territory by performing Water Analysis, Product Demonstrations and Cold Calls using creative methods of Sales, Marketing and Appointment Setting. Sales Representatives have a defined territory with centralized marketing, territory planning assistance, tools to assist prospecting, complete training and paid expenses. A positive attitude and the goal to provide ''THE BEST'' solution possible is the key to driving sales in this position.

Training salary, full health benefits, and vehicle allowance is offered. New sales Representatives can expect to be operating at full capacity within 90-120 days.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

Prior experience building territories, generating prospects and cold calling.
Experience with residential/outside sales experience with a proven track record.
Experience selling a product or service.
Bachelor?s degree plus 3 years of leading sales experience OR 5 years of leading sales experience.
The ability to generate 80 % of leads from referrals, print advertising, cold calls.
Prior experience in Sales in the following industries: Life Insurance, Financial Services, In Home Security, Residential Products & Services.
Clean DMV required ? Culligan performs Background Checks and Drug Testing.
Excellent communication, instructiveness, closing and customer service skills.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including setting appointments nights and weekends.
Valid drivers license, good driving record and access to your own transportation.
Previous experience in the water industry or with in home sales helpful, but not required.
A good work ethic and good attitude.
