We are currently seeking a talented Operations Specialist to join our organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the maintenance and operation of the City of Portage's 21 well sites, and 56 lift stations. Street sweeping, grounds keeping, leaf collection. Cleaning & maintenance of the sewer, storm sewer and catch basin. Snow plowing, meter reading, and all other tasks associated with the collection and distribution systems. This is a Union Position.

High school diploma or equivalent, Valid Michigan driver's license with a minimum class B CDL with airbreaks required. Current Michigan water treatement class D and/or distribution system class S license helpful but not required.
