CDM has an immediate opening for a Senior Geologist in our Ft. Myers, Florida office. The successful candidate will be experienced in investigating, reporting, designing, permitting, and modeling for water resource projects. This position requires expertise in groundwater flow and transport, interpretation of field exploration data, and groundwater modeling using various software packages. However, the most important skill for this position is experience with production, injection well, and ASR well permitting and construction. The candidate will also mentor and lead junior engineers in managing various water resources projects.

This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in geosciences plus a minimum of 7 years experience in performing hydrogeological assessments. Candidate should have experience in performing field work including geologic logging, well installations, and aquifer performance testing. Candidate should also be experienced in all phases of hydrogeologic assessments, including managing projects, writing proposals, directing field staff, performing data analysis (including interpretation of geophysical logs and aquifer hydraulic analysis), and writing reports. Good communications skills a must. Florida water resources experience (production wells, ASR wells, and injection wells) preferred and groundwater modeling experience a plus. Florida PG or ability to obtain Florida PG within 12 months of hire is required.
