Drinking Water Sales Consultant

Salary: $20,000 / Yearly Location: Seattle, WA

Culligan currently has an exciting opportunity for a Point of Use (POU) Sales Representative. Responsibilities for this position would be to sell Culligan’s Point of Use drinking water equipment to various businesses and industries including, but not limited to, schools, restaurants, hotels, car washes, laundries, hospitals, etc.

Job Requirements:

Make sales calls to customers and prospects within territory. Our Drinking Water Consultant will be responsible for pro-actively generating appointments with both customers and prospects. Sales calls will vary from cold call prospecting to formal sales presentations. Drinking water consultants will initiate sales calls to prospects with the purpose of generating new customers. Evaluate all revenue generating opportunities within a customer or prospect and make referrals as appropriate.

The products and services available to a Drinking Water Consultant include, but are not limited to the following: Bottle-less coolers , filters, reverse osmosis units, filtration devices, bottled water, Point of Use. Provide a 48 hour turn-around on all requests for quotations received. Responsible for working with accounting personnel to establish credit criteria for new and existing accounts on an on-going basis.

The DWSC works directly with customers and represents Culligan in the generation of new leads/sales alongside the upkeep of current customers. The sales consultant also performs marketing duties assigned by the sales team such as attending trade shows and hosting local events to promote Culligan’s products.
