As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business toward profitable growth through employee development, development of the overall sales, marketing and advertising strategy for the business unit, and by motivating and recognizing the contributions of sales personnel to establish a sales culture.

Sales Managers must have a Bachelors degree, 5+ years sales/marketing management experience, strong communication skills, demonstrated time management/multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills. A self-starter and good motivator, the sales manager will lead by example and build a strong team of reps who ensure the application of best practices.
