Salary: 90 / Yearly	Location: Staten Island, NY
Type: Full-Time

The Engineer is responsible for providing expert judgment and analysis for the design and implementation of facility asset repairs. Experience with wastewater or lecheate facility is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Engineering inspection of system components and for making recommendations for equipment repair and replacement
Develop cost benefit analysis and recommendation reports, scope of work, detailed cost estimate and CPM schedule
Assist plant staff in diagnosis of wastewater treatment plant process changes such as changes in flow and characteristics
Supervise inspections, O & M and repair and replacement of facility assets
Provide additional support necessary to execute our contract

QUALIFICATIONS
?Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering field.
?Good organizational skills
?Computer literacy and competency with Windows-based and CAD applications
?Familiarity with Microsoft Project and others Microsoft Office components
?Multi-tasking abilities essential
?Effective communication skills
?Problem solving and analytical skills a must

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a P.E. license
